As a candidate you can now use Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat to get all different types of information regarding a company. You can get an idea of the company’s culture, employee morale, and customer feel for the company you are applying. Having a strong social media presence can allow candidates an inside look at what it may be like to work for the company. Companies with various social media platforms allow a candidate to get as much information as possible about company work life. This is also the way the company can control in terms of what candidates see and hear regarding its culture and employee feel.
