Talent Acquisition Lead
Lani has served as Team Lead for more than two years and previously recruited for People Science and another leading company. Prior to that, she was a sales representative for a number of technology firms, including robotics, cellular, and home entertainment companies, which gave her first-hand insights into the recruitment challenges faced by clients.
As Team Lead, she has been responsible for several key client accounts and currently heads up the People Science team for The American Red Cross.
Lani and her husband have 2 rambunctious little boys who are involved in multiple sporting activities, including soccer, baseball, and rodeo events. They also are the proud “parents” of 4 dogs.
