Talent Acquisition Leader
Lani has served as Team Lead for more than 2 years, and previously served as a recruiter for People Science and another leading company. Prior to that, she was a sales representative for a number of technology firms, including robotics, cellular and home entertainment companies; giving her first-hand insights into the recruitment challenges faced by clients.
As Team Lead, she has had responsibility for a number of key client accounts, and currently heads up the People Science team for The American Red Cross.
Lani and her husband have 2 rambunctious little boys who are involved in multiple sporting activities, including soccer, baseball, and rodeo events. They also are the proud “parents” of 4 dogs.
