Katie has a background in retail management and recruiting, with recruitment experience woven throughout her entire career. She began her recruiting career in IT recruiting and has always enjoyed the challenge of matching the right candidates with the right roles while making a meaningful impact.
Katie serves as a Client Success Manager, known for providing strong operational support and thoughtful strategic partnership. She prides herself on cultivating long-term business relationships and currently works closely with our Optimum team.
A Florida native, Katie enjoys spending time with friends and family, and in her downtime, relaxing with a book or unwinding by the pool.
