Darrion is an experienced recruiter with more than 5 years in talent acquisition. Her initial career in agency recruiting involved placements for high volume warehouse facilities across North Jersey, where she applied her strong people skills to source, hire, and build relationships.
At People Science she has transitioned into the RPO space where she works closely with corporate decision makers on their most hard-to-fill and priority requisitions. She also investigates trends and other market data to provide hiring managers with better insight into the employment landscape, which helps to build professional relationships and trust.
Darrion is mother to a 3-year-old daughter, and together they explore new parks, sing and dance, and cook. In her personal time, she enjoys jigsaw puzzles, working out at the gym, and working on her personal development.
